*2022-06-10*

I haven’t had any problems for the last 2 months I’ve had my gym membership, but was randomly logged out on the app right as I was getting ready to scan my membership barcode. I tried to log back in but it wouldn’t let me. So I tried resetting my password in which the app wouldn’t send the reset link to my email (couldn’t find in junk or spam either). Kept trying at this for 30min while calling the support phone number to which no one picked up. The app could have more improvements!!
