I used the app for years. My life coach was incredible, but the app crashes and you will lose all of your paid for appointments. There is also no flexibility for when you can use your appointments and for a company that supports strong women, I don’t understand how they feel comfortable telling busy women they can’t fit their paid appointments in on their time. Additionally my coach was often busy which made scheduling difficult within their timeframe. I lost hundreds to this company and am honestly disappointed in their integrity.

I downloaded the app because I wanted to set up a few coaching sessions each month to focus on my career and productivity. The membership costs over $300/month, which I don’t mind if the value is there. My biggest concern is that there’s almost no information available on the coaches. All I see are a name and a profile photo. Am I really expected to make such a big investment based on who looks the most approachable?

I want to know what each coach brings to the table: their certifications, education, experience, and coaching style. These details matter, not only so I can feel confident in the investment but also so I can make sure we’d be a good fit. A few coaches have filled out short bios, but they’re so minimal that they don’t provide much reassurance.

I love the concept of the app, but I think it would be much stronger if it followed a model like BetterHelp, where users get detailed information about each coach before choosing. That way, I’d actually feel confident about committing to the program and investing the money. For now, I’ll hold off until that’s in place.

The notifications don’t seem to work as they should and the app doesn’t fit in the screen. 

For using the chat function it can be a bit unfortunate if you don’t get any notifications (even though they are turned on in the app and in the phone settings). 

I guess it’s been too long since the last update. Probably it's just a bit outdated.

She had helped me in so many aspects of life, from organizing daily life, managing expectations, and helping with strategies to handle my crazy kids! Sarah is the best!! This platform is a great way for those who have a hard time finding life coaching resources in more remote areas, access incredible coaches.

I have been using Blush since 2013 and cannot imagine where I would be without my coaches. They take the time to get to know you, offer insight and an objective ear, and always know what to say to get you through a tough situation and help you turn things around. I cannot recommend Blush enough. Kali, the founder, is a one of a kind special human and all her coaches follow in her example. If you’ve been on the fence about therapy/life coaching, you will not be disappointed if you try Blush!
