I was keeping up with my order to see when it was going to be delivered and it said I was going to receive my package by July 12th . It is now July 14th and i still haven’t received my order. I looked again to see what was up and saw that my order had been “delayed” they sent me 200 points to “make it up to me” but i feel that is simple not enough because they sent my package to YUNTU . YUNTU can take weeks and even months to deliver packages which is completely unbelievable especially because i’ve ordered from BlushMark plenty of times and haven’t had any problems like this . Also, a lot of these clothes quality aren’t the same as when you see it on the app , so for me to be waiting so long to receive clothes that aren’t the best quality is kinda disappointing . Recently the model pictures have all been straight from Photoshop Land so its really hard to picture how it would look on a normal body. Before the model pictures used to be completely normal people of all shapes and sizes so it was definitely more relatable and easier to see how I would like it on myself. The items that I ordered was all but maybe two items was made of cheap material as if it was made in someone’s sewing room in their house sorry not sorry I want good quality stuff yes I know the prices are not bad but still don’t make things look like what they not just to get ppl money. And they know you mot gonna worry about sending anything back because it probably cost more to send back. Mind you I spent close to $100. I reached out to BlushMark and they told me to wait a couple days just in case the carrier was behind. I waited patiently, nothing. BlushMark told me they would file a claim with the carrier to see where my package was and get it to me asap. BlushMark never reached back to me, I had to contact them again, then I was told 2 weeks later that the claim resolution was the package was delivered successfully and that they couldn’t do anything for me. Not a refund, nothing. I have never had this issue with any other website I’ve used such as shein, romwe, fashion nova, etc. The only issue I’ve had was with romwe, and I told them I never received my package and they re-shipped my package free of charge with express shipping and I got it in 2 days. BlushMark does not know how to take of their customers, this was my first time using them as I was referred to them by multiple friends and I was excited to get from them myself, but I will tell you I will never be ordering from BlushMark ever again!!! (honest review) *2021-12-20, version 2.8.2* It’s like a bootleg copy of SHEIN but with horrible presentation of their clothing. I don’t find myself interested in the clothes they display. For one it’s nothing to get excited for, the prices aren’t that great for the quality, this looks like something strippers would shop on, the dresses look ridiculous. I don’t wanna spend my money on something that’s gonna make me look like Ronald McDonalds cousin. I’m not bias to any online shopping store but if I have to give an honest opinion about it, I’m not gonna sit and say the clothes they have are cute when that definitely isn’t the case, I feel like I’m shopping on Craigslist, the item I received looks nothing like the pictures 😂 I’m being forced to give it a 1 star, I surprised it has 4.8. Money wasted 🙂 ### 1/5 — Billing/Payments *2021-11-22, version 2.7.3* I will be deleting this app because as much as I like the products that are in my cart and cannot purchase said items. The reason behind why I can’t purchase my items are because the billing address for my debit card is a PO BOX and even though the box clearly states billing address it still won’t let you change the address because your company for whatever reason can’t make deliveries to post office boxes is the message I keep getting on the billing address mind you. I have a physical address that the packages are going to be shipped to. This is an inconvenience because these are items meant for Christmas. Now I have to try and find similar items elsewhere. ### 4/5 — My thoughts *2021-10-25, version 2.7.1* I like BlushMark I really do. I just dislike the fact that even though some things that you buy is cute though it doesn’t always look exactly like the picture. for example, the product displayed could have bolder or appear to have bolder colors and it’s not when you buy it. Also the material could be different. You see a sweater but you get just a thick long sleeve shirt. The product is not always accurate ### 1/5 — So I received my order *2021-10-08, version 2.7.1* The only thing in my order that was actually cotton was the Cali sweat suit. Out of everything I ordered that is shameful. I ordered an all black suit and the wrist & ankle are not as pictured on the site. Leather man’s jacket is a waste it’s ploy too. The fact that y’all are using as half ahh supplier is shameful. Not marking on the clothing such as size and company name. This whole situation was a mess. I won’t be ordering again. I ordered the fake yeezy slide (lol) and those where stuffed in my tiny package and they have a bounce to them and a permanent crease and there were black marks on them. Hilarious. Fashion nova, forever 21, H&M, and host of their company provide affordable clothing but one thing they don’t sacrifice is quality. Yes they have cute stuff but I basically paid for something I’ll never see. They made me go back and forth weird then about my package not being delivered. That’s not even the worst part after 3 weeks of complaints they finally sent me a picture of them “dropping off my package.” They drought my package to the wrong address. I resent them the pictures that they took and showed them that it they dropped it off at the wrong address and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it. They said that’s a delivery issue and I need to take it up with them and I would not be getting my money back and they won’t replace my items. They gave me store credit but it wasn’t equal to the amount I paid. Then after a week they took the credit out of my account. I ordered a few items this time and been tracking it ever since so I noticed a few problems with my tracking details, the tracking details won’t update or tell me anything else it just says “transfer to sinoair” I contacted the agency and they gave me this tracking number with USPS but it turns out I’ve got the wrong tracking number and been tracking the wrong package or even maybe they sent my package to the wrong location idk.. but I have been so frustrated on this whole catastrophe and I don’t trust blushmark anymore like I used to so I don’t think I will be using it anymore because now I’m having second thoughts because it’s becoming a untrustworthy site even SHEIN is a lot more better than this but blushmark may have a few better items on here so that’s the reason why I ordered but I will not again this feedback may have not been helpful to a few people but that’s just me. **Developer response:** Hi dear, thanks for your feedback. It sat at the warehouse to get package until the 14th. They said it was picked up and left the warehouse on the 13th but then on the 14th it said it was waiting to be picked up and shipped. The 15th it was in transit for clearance which it also said it was cleared all on the 15th. Then the 27th it says transfer to SINOAIR. And haven’t had an updated yet since then. They give you these points or each day! But me personally when i spend $200 plus on clothes i rather have my clothes than point that only adds up to what $5 cause they put a cap on how many point. I needed these clothes for my birthday vacation planned ahead and order over 20days in advance and now i will most likely have to go somewhere and buy even more clothes. MY PACKAGE has not moved ANYWHERE since 1/28 order was placed on 1/21 during their holiday which was over the 26th after all that waitin and patiently because of their holiday I respected they claim to have sent my package 1/28. The tracking number provided the package has not moved at all in 6 days. USPS is saying "label created, but that does not mean USPS has received package".They need to CHECK the NUMBER this is UNSCCEPTABLE! Order placed 1/21, a LABEL CREATED 1/28 & it still has not reached USPS NO MOVEMENT. REFUND ME MY MONEY, this is UNACCEPTABLE this means my package is just latying around somewhere it does not take 5 or 6 days to see that the package is moving within the system. I would like a refund to much dishonesty with this company. You keep supplying me the same tracking number & USPS keeps saying a label has been created which does not mean it reached USPS! On the app it said it would take A MONTH to be delivered to my house. I took the chance anyway because the clothes looked great but I was kinda disappointed. Anyway I got a message saying that my package was delivered but I didn’t receive anything! I called my local post office to see if it was there or if they can tell me exactly where they dropped it off. They weren’t much help so I contacted blush mark and they told me they’ll open an “investigation” with the delivery company. I waited about a week or so for them to tell me that my package was delivered “successfully”. When I told them that I haven’t received anything and for a refund or to resend the clothes they denied me a refund and told me to order the clothes again. I was so frustrated I thought I lost $80 for no reason thank god I called my bank and disputed the chargers. PLEASE DONT WASTE UR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY WITH THIS APP.
