You will regret the service of cheap beauticians and substandard tools picked from freebies of the hotels. ### 1/5 — First service- person never arrived *2026-08-12* I had booked for a saree draping service 2 days in advance. Checked multiple times if it confirmed. Yet their experts could not arrive on time and was delayed one hour coz of which I had to cancel. I trusted and was let down for my very first service. I couldn’t attend the event coz of them. On top of that, the entire service felt rushed, as the professional seemed to be in a hurry and lacked the training and attention to detail I expected. I raised a complaint with customer support, but the response was disappointing and the issue was not resolved satisfactorily. I would advise others not to be influenced by their promotional offers or premium pricing.
