But I had an airport reservation cancelled on me with no notification. Trying to rebook in the general time frame booted me out of reservations. Another time, a driver used foul language and demeaned me in Hindi thinking I only understood English. He was angry I wasn’t ready to leave 15 minutes before my ride time. Another time a driver went to the wrong neighborhood and refused to believe he was at the wrong address. Other than these 3 times, 2 of them being vital trips with a time component, it has been quite good. ### 1/5 — Lousy customer service contact *2024-10-17, version 10.2.5* App is nice, cabs are great, but there is no way to contact someone when things go wrong. My experience is horrible, no one picks the call, app doesn’t do anything except changing the driver. All they say is apologise. Their cabs have significant delays. ### 1/5 — Misleading options on payments when trying to pay on cash *2024-10-20* The app is misleading.
