Blyyss puts local Halifax shops' flyers in one app. Browse them, search every flyer at once, and tap what you want to build a shopping list. FLYERS FROM LOCAL SHOPS Flyers from butchers, halal grocers, and Asian, Indian, Filipino, Italian, Eastern European, African, Caribbean, Latin, bulk and natural food shops across Halifax, Dartmouth and Bedford. Some are the shop's own flyer; others are laid out by Blyyss from each shop's own listings and prices. Browse by Explore, Nearby, Latest, A-Z or shop type, and heart the shops you like so they come first. Share your location or a postal code, or skip it, and Nearby sorts the shops by how far they are from you. Your postal code sits at the top of the screen, one tap to change. SEARCH EVERY FLYER The Search tab looks through every flyer at once. Type an item, like chicken or salmon, and see which shops have it on their flyer, with a clipping of each one. Add it to your list straight from the results. TAP TO BUILD A LIST Tap an item on a flyer and it is circled and goes on your list, saved on your phone and kept on the Lists tab. Tap it again to take it off. Add your own items, set a quantity, and tick things off as you shop. Take the list into the shop and pay at their till. Blyyss takes no payment for a list, and you do not need an account. Some shops also link to their own website. Share a deal with a friend, or save and print a flyer from the share sheet. PRICES YOU CAN CHECK Every price is the shop's own, exactly as printed on its flyer, and each flyer shows the dates it is good for when the shop prints them. ORDER ONLINE FROM TWO LOCAL STORES Gateway Meat Market and Shahi Groceries deliver through Blyyss. Tap "Order online" on an item from one of their flyers and your order is placed on blyyss.ca, where prices are the merchant's own, never marked up, and you are told the most you can be charged before you pay. Blyyss is not affiliated with Gateway Meat Market. NEW FLYER ALERTS Heart a shop and turn on alerts, and Blyyss lets you know when its new flyer is up. Blyyss is built in Halifax, and every flyer supports an independent local shop. ## Key features - Compare grocery deals instantly - Support local grocers - Find food banks and community resources - Free to use - No account required - Multilingual support ## Is Blyyss safe? Ordering from Gateway Meat Market and Shahi Groceries now happens on blyyss.ca: tap "Order online" on their flyers to go there. ### 2.6.0 — 2026-10-06 Blyyss is now all about flyers. Three tabs: Flyer, to browse local shops' flyers; Search, to look through every flyer at once; and List, for everything you tapped. Every flyer opens fitted to your screen, and the controls have a new look. Gateway Meat Market and Shahi Groceries still take orders straight from their flyers. ### 2.5.1 — 2026-10-02 - A Nearby tab sorts the flyers by how far each shop is from you. On a current Gateway Meat Market or Shahi Groceries flyer, the two stores we deliver from, a tap adds it to your basket - A simpler floating glass tab bar with just Flyer and Shop. Cart, Orders and Account now sit at the top of the screen - Card processing on a delivery now shows as its own line at checkout, charged at cost - Lots of small fixes and polish ## Apps similar to Blyyss | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Foodland - Grocery & Recipes](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/foodland-grocery-and-recipes/id6449257544) | — | Free | Shopping | | [O SCANada: Buy Canadian](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/o-scanada-buy-canadian/id6741120187) | 2.0 (1) | Free | Shopping | | [Maple Scan: Buy Canadian](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/maple-scan-buy-canadian/id6741467577) | 4.7 (38) | Free | Shopping | | [Shop Canadian](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/shop-canadian/id6741485264) | — | Free | Shopping | | [Buy Beaver: Origin Scanner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/buy-beaver-origin-scanner/id6741692720) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Shopping | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
