Complete jank useless coding with absolutely no reason to exist or be used, just forced down your throat in the middle of paying someone so you’re embarrassed for being unable to pay a bill.

Why you bother yourself making an app that doesn’t work!!!! It generates a code, you put in the app and the app would tell you it’s incorrect code. Do the right thing of don’t do it at all

تطبيق بنك مصر كان شغال زي الفل مش عارف مين ابن المرة اللي حب يعكنن على حاجة ماشية عدل ويحط تطبيق التوكين بعد ما طلعت عيني وزرت الفرع محدش عرف يساعد وبعد ما اخيرا اكتفته جيت اشحن الباقة بيقولي هات رمز من تطبيق التوكين نسخت الرمز وبيقولي invalid اكلم خدمة العملاء كلهم حمير ومش عايزين يشتغلوا وبيزحلقوا العميل ،، هذا التطبيق يجب ان يحذف ونمشي بالتطبيق bm online وبس او ياما يتصلح لكن المسخرة ديه مش نافعة تطبيق بيحط عراقيل بالهبل وشيء قمة السخافة

This is by far one of the worst banking apps I’ve ever used. The interface is confusing, the navigation is overly complicated, and it feels like it was designed without the customer in mind. Simple tasks take way too many steps, and instead of making things easier, the app makes everything more frustrating.

Customer support through the app is either unhelpful or non-existent. You end up going in circles with no real solution. For a bank, this level of digital service is unacceptable in 2025. A banking app should help customers, not push them away.

I strongly urge the developers and the bank to completely rethink the user experience. This app needs serious improvements—fast.

طريقه التحويل معقده جدا من التطبيق وصعب جدا تفهمه واصلا بتابع الفيديو والخطوات كتير صعبه. والخطوات الموجود في الفيديو كتير معقده وكان الافضل يمثل يخلوا خيار تاني لل otp عن طريق الايميل للناس اللي عايشه بره مصر ومفيش فايده للأسف والواحد فقد الامل في اي تطور مع أسلوب الاداره المعقد

I’m beyond frustrated with this bank’s app. Not only do they charge us ridiculous fees every couple of months, but you’d think they would at least make sure their software works properly! The app is constantly crashing, lagging, and full of bugs. Simple tasks take forever, and every update seems to break something new. For the amount of money we’re being charged, the least they could do is ensure the app works as expected. It’s completely rubbish and a waste of time.

It has a problem with linking the two outside Egypt even on sms . The only way to do it if you are linking for the first time is to have roaming service and use data . Too expensive wouldn’t recommend

اكتر من ٣٠٠٠ جنية مكالمات لانه اجبار تفعيل التطبيق عن طريق مكالمة من نفس الخط المسجل وانا خارج مصر وحتى الان لم يتم التفعيل الواحد خارج مصر والله فتحت الحساب من الصفر والبطاقة تم اضافتها في ابل باي ووصلتني بالبريد بدون ما اروح للبنك وفي مصر باد الحضارة ام ٧٠٠٠ سنة مش عارف اعمل تنشيط لتطبيق بربع جنية مفيش موظف عارف يقدم الخدمة وكل اللي عندهم ظاهر عندي على السيستم انه شغال ي افندم كرهتو الواحد في التعامل مع البنوك اقسم بالله
