Would be cool to have a feature to manually sync a special activity from an application like Strava because some times the BMC app is missing some activities for unknown reasons :(

Finde die App sinnvoll und gut. Habe meine Teammachine über den QR Code problemlos aufnehmen können. Aufgrund der guten Erfahrungen wollte ich auch meine anderen Räder aufnehmen. Meine Timemachine von 2015 bekomme ich nicht ins System und die App stürzt jedesmal ab, wenn ich versuche ein anderes Rad zu ändern oder zu löschen.

Daten aus Wahoo werden nicht sauber übernommen. Das wäre aber toll weil dann wirklich ersichtlich wäre wieviel km mein Rad wirklich gefahren wurde

The app is pretty simple but we’ll design and, so far, bug free. I understand many other features will be added in the future so I look forward to the updates.

The app needs to evolve. Too many basic functionalities missing. What is even more frustrating is the inability to provide feedback and features request. Also please fix the contact us email links. They are not clickable and not selectable which means you have to remember the email to then type it in you mail app.
Also while we are at it, can you add a function to filter km/miles ridden within a certain time frame? I would love to be able to see how many I’m I did for the year/month etc. Strava doesn’t do that either so that’s an easy way to get ahead.

Très bien le fait de voir tout les composants de son vélo et de savoir si il est encore en bon état, dommage que je ne puisse pas ajouter plusieurs composants en même temps (ex: j’ai plusieurs paires de roues et je ne peut en ajouter qu’une) par contre appli beaucoup trop lente, beug tout le temps,

Nous ajouterons la fonctionnalité de pouvoir ajouter plusieurs composants identiques sans les compter dans la consommation à notre liste d'améliorations.

Le suivis de l’entretien est cool, on sais ou nous en sommes mais impossible ou alors j’ai pas trouvé, où changer le nombre de kms du vélo et le dénivelé …

Les plus: - la pré-configuration des vélos BMC - la simplicité du suivi par composants - les alertes de rappel d’entretien - le lien avec revendeur BMC Les moins : - l’ajout de composants personnels - les intervalles de maintenance non modifiable - les données de Strava qui redescendent que pour le vélo « par défaut » de Strava - pas la possibilité de suivre plusieurs vélo avec les données Garmin ou strava -  la visibilité sur le reste de km avant prochaine maintenance

Il est également possible d'intégrer les données d'activité de plusieurs vélos avec l'application connectée. Le dernier point n'est effectivement pas encore disponible, nous allons prendre note de cette demande.

A voir à l’usage. L’idée n’est pas neuve. Voir si il y a moyen d’améliorer l’expérience utilisateur pour les clients de BMC. Un lien spécifique avec les revendeurs « officiels » prise de rdv, disponibilité des pièces,… comme point de départ ?

This app underwent a recent update and now no longer works. Black screen, doesn’t load. Pity, it was useful! iOS 18.6.2, iPhone 12 Pro Max.

I have a top of the range BMC SLR 01 One bike from 2023 that costs around $14,000. My fork was damaged in an accident. My surprise came when I went to the store in the USA and realized that there was no stock in all of the USA. Well, I said to myself: I'm going to write directly to BMC in Switzerland so that they can fix it for me. No, the answer was worse, that there weren't any in the world and that they didn't know when they were going to build more. I don't have an obsolete bike, at least that's what I thought. But it seems that for BMC our money and the trust we put in a brand and its support are worth very little. I have been very disappointed with the brand. I'll see how I solve my problem on my own, because for BMC my 2023 bike is already discontinued. They lost a customer 👍

I bought a brand new BMC URS LT TWO. From the very beginning the SRAM shifter was defect. Since weeks I try to get the warranty issue settled. BMC shifts all responsibility to the dealer, and SRAM service is not performing at all. Since two month I cannot enjoy my new bike in the great summer season. No fun, just trouble!

No aporta absolutamente nada respecto a otras app’s de seguimiento de actividad. Es mas, es muchiiiiisimo mas escasa y limitada. Por otra parte en mi iphone 8 se confunden las letras y opciones unas con otras. Tengo que usarla para poder ver bien su contenido en el ipad. Lo mejor es la ampliación de garantía. De lo contrario la desinstalaría.

Leider kann die App nicht auf die Apple Watch zugreifen. Würde grundsätzlich schon Sinn machen.

It would be a great application if wasn’t so buggy. Almost everything you try to do either doesn’t work or works from 3rd time. Even simple task like adding a comment to component doesn’t work - clears text after 2nd character entered.

1.  Doubling activities 
2. Don’t prompt save or not activity and what bike because I have 3 bikes. All activities imports as BMC bike 
3. Can’t register new frameset 
etc

1. connect only one source, e.g. Strava, and no second source.
2. map your bikes correctly for the first few rides, after that the app will recognise the logic.
3. contact us support@bmc-companion.com, you should be able to add new bikes and framesets.

O app ficou muito legal! 

Sempre quis poder acompanhar quantos Kms poderia rodar para fazer uma revisão das peças. Acredito que os alertas para troca ou manutenção dos componentes sejam baseados em informações do fabricante, como Shimano e Sram. Sugiro apenas que coloquem essa informação por peça. Se puderem cadastrar as peças desses fabricantes no app já com essa informação, seria sensacional. 

Poderiam também oferecer conexões com outras marcas de ciclocomputadores, como o IGPSPORT.
