Use it two times and I just paid in full. Not long ago wasn’t able to log in on the website giving you “an error” on my password, change it and keep saying the same thing. What was so hard to notify us that we have to use the app or redirect to download it right way? That app don’t let me see my payment history and I don’t like that. I needed to see how much left I had to pay to see when I had to take it off from split payments from my check. I can’t log on online anymore and the app doesn’t show a refinancing option. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE WEBSITE WOULDN’T LET ME RESET MY PASSWORD, All I got was a runaround about submitting an IT ticket and waiting 48 hours. Just to reset a password!! Then he starts getting an attitude because I’m saying why can’t you send a link to my text message ?? He doesn’t have an answer of course “this is the way it is”. His name was “Armando”, and then proceeded to hang up on me because I want more answers why is resetting my password so difficult. Past couple of years it has been awful. You have to pay 25% of your balance before you can refinance. Also I am divorced I’m trying to change my last name. It’s been at least a month and it still hasn’t been changed. Very unprofessional. ### 1/5 — Unable to Open App After Update *2026-07-14, version 3.2.16* The app won’t reload successfully. ### 1/5 — Think twice! *2026-06-19* THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THEE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. The app displays inaccurate information. I have made more payments than the app is reflecting. It’s reporting negatively on my credit! You can’t even refinance until you’ve made 16 CONSECUTIVE PAYMENTS, and if you miss one, they make you start over. The interest IS RIDICULOUSLY HIGH! Never again!
