I purchased a ticket through the app but when I go to eticket, the page is blank. I thankfully have a version on my phone, but kind of silly to offer this when it doesn’t work

On April 22nd. I purchased 2 tickets for this event. I was expecting an email confirmation and my 2 E-Tickets. When I didn’t receive this, I thought my order hadn’t gone through , so placed another order, same thing. I feel I should have 4 tickets by now even though I only need 2 but haven’t received any response as to where I’m supposed to find these tickets. Any help would be appreciated.
