It is quick and super easy to use. Just input your height and weight and you are good to go! The BMI dial shows immediately not only your BMI, but also your category in colors. Green is the goal and I feel rejuvenated when I see my progress and I want to double down if I slip. To keep using it multiple times free, use it and then write a review to get an unlimited “code” - now how nice is that!!
