I think this is all rather good. It does pretty much everything you might want from such an app and for a one-off £2.99 to get rid of the annoying ads, it’s good value.  I should say that the ads are not that intrusive and you can use for free if you don’t mind the odd pop-up.  Perhaps the only criticism might be that it will only store data for one person but that’s exactly what I need so it’s not a problem for me.  All in all, a neat little app that deals with this area rather well.
