Everything is marked clearly on the app and the site is easy to navigate. The people who work at BMI are totally awesome and great to work with. I have been a member for over 20 years and would never consider changing! Savings, loans, and financial advice were always there for me, then my wife, now for my family. Every time they update it, it get's worse.. Maybe fix the bugs before launching a new app?? Was just told by BMI that this is a known issue for iPhones and had been since October 2023. The old app was bad and I didn’t think it could get worse but they figured it out.
