Principalmente para usuários de países como o Brasil. ### 3/5 — Good info, poor app *2024-07-05* Good site to get information for students doing study, but app requires frequent updates, each take at least two minutes with good wifi, and you have to keep the screen open on the app to finish the download. If the app is kept open to complete these very quick updates, the content will be fully up to date and the requirement for a full content download will be greatly reduced. This is unnecessary, as every hospital has Wi-Fi. Offline downloads should be optional or happen in the background. Instead, the app gets stuck on the download screen for hours, making it impossible to access any features. Please fix this so it can be used without mandatory downloads. **Developer response:** Very sorry you've had a frustrating experience with BMJ Best Practice. Many thanks, Elin ### 1/5 — Still having difficulty with staying logged in. *2018-09-17* The issue is still there with the app requiring me to login everytime and with the app still not having bookmark support. **Developer response:** I'm sorry to hear you were having issues with the app. I'm happy to say that the log in bug has been fixed now. In regards to bookmarks, you can find recently viewed items in our recently viewed section. Very shortly we are also releasing another update which will also include calculators, images and videos under a new 'History' section. Many thanks, Elin ### 1/5 — New update making it impossible to search for conditions *2018-02-27* Since the new update I have been unable to access information about many conditions and have instead been met with a screen telling me 'Topic cannot be downloaded. Check your device is online' despite my phone being connected to the internet. The app was working very well before the update and was a very useful tool. Good luck. Jane ### 2/5 — No app access via institution *2023-05-30* I have access to the BMJ best practice via my institution and have no issue logging in on the website to access content. This used to be the case on the app as we, however, I’m not sure what changed but for the past year or so there has been no option to log in via an institution, only by typing in your personal login details. I have tried the details I use to access my institution but they are always rejected. I have not been able to find any workaround other than going to a browser to access it but this is not nearly as mobile friendly as the app and defeats the purpose of it being ready at hand!
