Waited 30 minutes and got an uber. Never sure when the shuttle will or if will arrive. One of many examples, I booked a shuttle today and the wait time was 29 minutes without identifying the driver scheduled or showing where in the route the shuttle was located. My wife booked one 3 minutes later and miraculously the shuttle was arriving in 4 minutes. Didn’t show for 15 minutes yet still well ahead of my original scheduled time. Really? ### 1/5 — Mixed Message on Scheduling/Reservations *2023-07-04, version 3.0.3* Writing this late on the evening of July 3. Front desk staff at GLP7 said shuttle will start running early tomorrow (8am) to get guests to town in time for the July 4th parade. She suggested making a reservation due to expected demand and handed me a business card for the shuttle with a QR code. When you scan the code, however, it just takes you to the app - which I already had AND which doesn’t allow for reservations or scheduling a day ahead (the way, say, Uber does). Not sure if the problem is with the app or with an apparent disconnect between GLP7 staff and operations. Also, app has been a pain with regard to my account - too long to go on about here but creating the account was kind of a mess; had to do it twice. Not super impressed so far…. ### 1/5 — App Or Service at fault? *2023-03-03, version 3.0.3* App looks good and is simple to use. However I have only been able to successfully use it a couple of times. It checks for driver in vicinity and says bus is coming in a few minutes, so you request a ride . However, it doesn’t arrive in that time and when you check back, there’s a message saying driver finished and the wait time has slipped to 30+ minutes, so you cancel and walk! Once on my walk towards my intended location I was overtaken by a bus heading in that direction, although the app said it was 30 minutes away. I have also had the experience that it says your driver has arrived, well before they have, so I thought I’d missed them, cancelled the ride and re-requested, which caused some confusion! ### 2/5 — Customer service *2026-05-01, version 3.0.53* App keeps telling me that my phone number is already registered (as it should be) however it will not let me reset my password “sorry, incorrect email or password”. Highly likely that they are both incorrect as they are the ones I use for everything. Also, there’s no one I can contact in order to reset it. ### 2/5 — Who can spell…you had one job! Mountiain?!? *2025-02-14, version 3.0.53* App doesn’t let you book next ride before your last ride is closed out which takes forever!!! ! 😩 ### 4/5 — Wow, great idea *2026-01-13, version 3.0.53* So we visited Breckenridge in the fall to do some hiking and the condos that we were in had this service. It’s very much like Uber, you basically let them know where you are (or the app does that) and where you were going? A little message about what time that driver is going to be there and what his name is. So yeah, it was very convenient ! I ran out of bills. The app is super easy to navigate. Best part of the app is the estimated wait time.
