Where are the young people of Trinidad and Tobago. Please, take the reins from these Elders who are holding you back from progressing and having your place on the world stage; in this here technology era. They will hold you back just to have their chance to be in charge. When they should really should be, reiterated on vacation, learning how to work their IPhone. Bmobile cares little for their long standing customers and gives zero in terms of customer service. ### 1/5 — Dysfunctional app, useless customer service *2024-05-29* I have used etopuponline before and they had the audacity to keep auto debiting my account well after the product was discontinued by the related company. Now, they have an auto debit system that completes 2 out of 3 transactions and fails the last one. Customer service tells me it’s my bank’s fault; my bank begs to differ. Customer service did help to return my money and said they activated a plan however still haven’t received a plan.
