Beim Hineinfahren in das Parkhaus wurde jedoch kein Parkvorgang gestartet und wir erhielten auch keinen Code. Bei der Ausfahrt mussten wir daher den regulären Preis bezahlen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice soll anscheinend ticketless nicht ausreichend konfiguriert worden sein, so dass sie mir beim Preis nicht entgegenkommen wollen. Leider ist mir bislang immer noch nicht bewusst, welche Konfiguration ich hätte vornehmen müssen. Vor allem die Wochenkarten sind ein Nepp. Angeblich gibt es Kontingente, überraschenderweise hab ich das noch NIE in der Realität erlebt. Auch die App hilft null weiter. Theoretisch könnte man dort ja angeben, ob grad ein Kontingent verfügbar ist, aber man möchte sich ja nicht selbst um die Profite bringen. Letztlich wird darauf spekuliert, dass niemand wieder aus der Garage rausfährt, sondern alle den höheren Betrag abdrücken. But because bmove was active once you go close to the entrance they immediately charged you and there was no way to cancel or undo. The ticket kept on running. It‘s still open and keeps getting more expensive every day - even though we left over a week ago. The support is non existent: we reached out four times and got no response or reaction of any kind so far! Ich wurde gezwungen, ein Papier-Ticket am Schranken zu nehmen. Danach sagte mir ein Mitarbeiter, dass ich nicht über Ihre App bezahlen könne. Ich musste 4,50 € pro Stunde zahlen. Ihre App funktioniert nicht, obwohl überall angegeben ist, dass man sie herunterladen und 2,50 € bezahlen soll. It is so simple and straightforward. The only thing one needs to do is to add a credit/debit card, then it locates you automatically and gives you all parking ticket options available at a certain place. For every hour it gives 5 min. extra and it sends a reminder when your ticket is about to expire. Of course you can prolong it at any time. Works all around Croatia!
