SigEp’s Balanced Man Program (BMP) provides the structure, support and guidance required for today’s college student to practice decision making, leadership and interpersonal skills while outside of classroom walls. Based on equal rights and responsibilities for all members, the Balanced Man Program’s progressive challenges provide brothers the opportunity to grow and fine-tune skills they can’t get in the classroom. BMP programming enables our young men to build leadership and communication skills and develop healthy, lifelong relationships. The BMP App makes active participation in the Balanced Man Program simple and intuitive. In the app, brothers can track and manage their progress through the BMP in real time. They can share and celebrate goals and successes with the chapter. You don’t see Pike doing this garbage. ### 1/5 — You can tell they don’t care *2023-02-26* Feels like a rushed effort by someone high up in the org to push out an app and check some boxes. Barely does the job it’s supposed to do. Super unintuitive and EXTREMELY hard to use. They make you go in and add things one by one, there’s no way to batch edit tasks for multiple people at once. It feels like the app is on life support with the way nobody updates it and they haven’t introduced new features or tried to fix the things users dislike. Would give 0 stars if I could. To setup your account for the first time, visit mysigep.org. INSTANT ACCESS FOR NEW MEMBERS Upon reporting new brothers in mySigEp, they’ll be invited to complete their registration in mySigEp. Once they finalize their profile, new members will be granted instant access to begin using the BMP App. The only remaining step is to deploy their Sigma Challenge! Roster updates made in mySigEp will instantaneously be reflected in the BMP App. CONNECT WITH BROTHERS Through the community feed, you can post announcements, organize meet-ups or connect with brothers in your challenge by making a new post.
