## What is BMR Mobile Private?

BETTERMEETINGROOMS
is a room lifecycle platform for collaboration spaces. It helps organizations analyze, design, and improve meeting rooms using 3D scanning, acoustic measurement, and spatial design tools — all from an iPhone or iPad.
From the first room survey to the final equipment design, BETTERMEETINGROOMS provides a structured workflow to understand existing spaces and optimize them for modern collaboration.

3D Room Scanning
Capture accurate 3D digital twins of meeting rooms using the LiDAR sensor on your device.
Generate detailed spatial models that map room geometry, dimensions, and surfaces within seconds.

Acoustic Measurement
Perform professional acoustic analysis directly in the room.
Measure metrics such as RT60, T20, T30, C50, and signal-to-noise ratio, helping identify acoustic issues and evaluate improvements.

AR Design Preview
Place equipment and furniture directly in the room using augmented reality.
Visualize displays, speakers, microphones, and collaboration devices to validate layouts before installation.

Spatial Markers
Document important elements in the room using precise 3D markers, including speaker locations, cable paths, microphone positions, or acoustic problem areas.

Room Lifecycle Workflow
Manage rooms through a structured lifecycle workflow:
 •	Discovery – capture the room with scans, markers, and acoustic measurements
 •	Design – evaluate and create optimized room designs using real room data
 •	Deployment – implement the selected design with clear equipment and layout guidance

This lifecycle approach ensures every room evolves from documentation to a fully optimized collaboration environment.
