## What is BMS?

BMS - Therapist is the mobile app for spa therapists on the BookMySpa platform. Sign in with your phone number, request approval at a spa, and manage the day-to-day work that happens after a spa accepts you.
WHO IT IS FOR
• Licensed or spa-employed therapists who work with BookMySpa partner spas
• Not for clients booking spa services — use the BookMySpa client app instead
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Sign up and log in with secure phone OTP
• Search spas and request approval to join a spa team
• Update your therapist profile, experience, bio, and profile photo
• Set and maintain your weekly availability
• View your assigned booking schedule
• Read client reviews linked to your work
• Generate therapist-owned QR codes for eligible assigned bookings
• Verify client check-in with OTP when required
• Access Privacy Policy, Therapist Terms, Support, and account deletion from the app
HOW IT WORKS
1. Create your therapist account and confirm you are at least 18 years old.
2. Request approval from a spa on the platform.
3. After a spa manager approves you, manage availability and view assigned bookings.
4. On the service day, use the app’s check-in tools for eligible confirmed bookings.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• BMS - Therapist is an operations and workflow tool. It does not create an employment or agency relationship between you and BookMySpa. Work terms, compensation, licensing, and conduct remain between you and the spa.
• Therapist priority subscriptions, if offered, are purchased through the separate therapist web portal — not inside this app.
• Account deletion is available in Profile. Deletion may be blocked while you have active/upcoming assigned bookings or unsettled priority payment/refund states.
• The app is intended for users 18 years and older.
