How are you supposed to know the exact date when my unit was built?

This is very handy for quick estimates, but it's a bit slow and you lose all your settings if you hit the Back button - which is seriously annoying. It prevents you from quickly changing a value if you've made an error or just want to play "what if". 

Just a quick plug for BMT - they provide a good service and are willing to help give estimates even before you buy. This is really useful in getting a good idea of your financial position before committing to a property.

This app looks awesome on my iPad now.
The new function that allows the app to keep the quote data as you are running multiple scenarios is a great new feature.
It's now heaps faster to run multiple property scenarios.
