## What is bMusic?

bMusic is an offline music player.

Put your own music files on your iPhone and they stay there: no streaming, no account, and no library living on someone else's server. It works anywhere, with no signal.

FORMATS: MP3, AAC, M4A, ALAC, FLAC, Opus, WAV and AIFF, with cover art and tags read from every one of them.
GETTING MUSIC IN: over Wi-Fi by scanning a code from your computer's browser, the Files app, AirDrop, iTunes and Finder, or your own NAS.
LYRICS: play a song once and the words are written out, in time, on the device itself.
PRACTISE AND SING ALONG: take the vocal out, change the key, slow it down, loop a passage, and record yourself singing.
APPLE WATCH: put a few songs on your watch and go for a run without your phone.
ICLOUD SYNC: through your own private iCloud, in step across your devices.

Apple Watch
Choose songs on your iPhone and they go onto your watch. Play them from your wrist with the phone left at home.

Running Mode
A full-screen player made for a run: very large one-handed controls, and a playlist built from the songs whose tempo matches the pace you are keeping. Heart rate and step rate on the same screen.

Split a long recording into songs
A whole concert, a mix or a compilation that arrived as one file: bMusic listens for where each song starts. You name them, and they land in a playlist of their own.

Folders
A folder tree of your own, optional, alongside albums, artists and genres.

A code for Wi-Fi transfer
Being on the same network is no longer enough. Each session shows a code the computer has to enter.

Opus files
Alongside MP3, AAC, M4A, ALAC, FLAC, WAV and AIFF.

Also in this version: the theme follows the system by default, Siri and Shortcuts work straight from the lock screen, importing from a link has been rebuilt, song information is looked up in the store region you chose, and shuffle no longer starts on the same song every time.
