I received an email from the Symphony Hall Birmingham about this app so thought I would order interval drinks for our concert but it doesn’t even recognise it as a venue.

It doesn’t load anything, there’s no way to pre order.

As of 22nd October 2021, all that I’m getting is a message saying that it has failed to load the list of restaurants and check my internet connection (which is fine thank you).

Take the app down, get it working, test it properly and then release it again.
