Contacted support within the Drivers Guide App which opens an email draft to the info@bmw email address and the response I received from them is to contact the dealership. Dealership has no idea how to resolve. Tried reporting the issue via the Apple App Store, but BMW has disabled App Store reports. Try clicking contact support in the App Store and it just keeps linking back to the App Store App page. Circles and more circles with no resolution! ### 1/5 — App does not work on iPad *2024-03-28, version 2.7.9* Downloaded the app and have added my car on the iPhone app but on the iPad I get a error 1020 message and cannot download the vehicle details.
