I have had my account for many years and upgraded to an annual fee card after having points expire years ago. The annual fee card promised that points would not expire. Apparently, the policy quietly changed. I went to use my points today and found that most of them had disappeared. I checked my emails from my BMW card and found ample publicity and promotions, but not a word of warning about pending expiration of hundreds of dollars worth of points. This is not customer friendly, nor is it typical. Most companies will send out a warning of perks that are about to expire. (Even Starbucks warns that your stars are expiring.) This is a big “gotcha”! I will not be renewing my card when my annual fee is billed in the summer. ### 1/5 — No use *2026-02-28, version 26.02.0* Face ID has never once worked in this app (or their last version) and now I’m stuck in this endless cycle of use your password, give us your phone number, enter a code we send you,… oh no that can’t be initiated. Must have tried it 5x before giving up and accepting I probably will never get in. They took a double payment from me and a customer service rep “reversed” one of them. Well she lied to my face because she didn’t reverse it. I still have a sizable credit on the card in which I needed the cash back in my account.
