It’s unbelievable that a big company such as BMW can’t make a decent app that provides basic functionality. And they have moved everything to these non-working apps so I can’t access any information on a simple website. Reported countless time and promised a response and NADA!! ### 1/5 — Broken app *2026-06-09* Been trying to use Th app for over week now. Keeps giving issues with logging in and to try again. Useless ### 1/5 — Login fails *2026-01-24* Got the app working for a bit … then suddenly it just won’t launch after entering credentials. Keep getting “Something went wrong please try again”. Unfortunately par for the course with BMW whose service has got progressively more complicated and worse over the years. Oh and the website pushes you to the (non-working) app and the call centre is closed at weekends. More than likely an unfinished, untested project - or a joke designed to frustrate and annoy. I have a BMW ID and password, but when I try to login it instead asks me to verify details my details, as if I’m setting up a new account! Very frustrating.
