I also can click the on/off toggle to control the plug manually. But I am unable to use any of the features such as scheduling, countdown, etc. if I go to the settings I just get a loading screen and then after awhile I get a message saying there's an issue with the product. I've tried restarting the plug and reconnecting but this did not help. The connection process was pretty simple following the instructions. Had to first move the plug to my office where the router is located then connect via Bluetooth then I was able to exit the app and log back in then tap the + then connect to my wi-fi.
