BN Running is the training app for athletes coached by Ben Neill Coaching.

Your coach builds your plan; this is where you live it. See today's session the moment you open the app, follow your week, and keep your training, your runs, and your recovery in one place — without the noise of a generic fitness app.

YOUR PLAN
See exactly what's prescribed today, and the week ahead — easy runs, workouts with structured intervals, long runs, and rest. Tap any run for the full detail, plus your coach's notes.

YOUR RUNS, FROM STRAVA
Connect Strava once and your runs sync automatically — distance, pace, splits, route, heart rate, and best efforts. After a run, log how it felt in seconds: a quick read on effort and how strong you felt, so your coach sees more than the numbers.

YOUR RECOVERY, FROM APPLE HEALTH
Connect Apple Health to bring your resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, and sleep alongside your training — a calm picture of how you're absorbing the work. Read-only, and never used for anything but showing you your own recovery.

STAY IN TOUCH
Message your coach directly when something comes up — a niggle, a question, a win.

BN Running is built for athletes who train with a coach who pays attention. Access is by invitation from Ben Neill Coaching — there's no public sign-up; your coach sets up your account.

Strava and Apple Health connections are optional. BN Running never writes to Apple Health, and your health data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.
