Their mobile app must have been designed 20 years ago and never updated. Super clunky and slow with poor consumer facing interface.

Face ID doesn’t work anymore, won’t let me transfer money between accounts, plaid refuses to make any new connections. How tf a whole bank can’t afford to hire someone competent??
