We have been using this app and overall it has not been to our expectation. Delayed customer support, not responding, delayed transaction and no proper idea of whom to be contacted when there is problem are the mostly encountered issues. Have to email or contact the team after each transaction is inefficient and waste. This apps with effective team and system would be of great benefit to all.

Recently I have registered and started using this app to exchange few bucks. I saw everything is good and it has mentioned that exchange will get done in 2 hours. However, even after 1 week (today), it is not yet done. I uploaded the receipt and got an email saying I need to send receipt. So, mailed the receipt, and got the reply saying it’s under process. I waited,………………………………… and I was asked to mail my driving license copy (I don’t know for what purpose they need it). I felt like only half of the process is done till now (or may not be). When I came to know, similar thing has happened to many others.
**If the team could upgrade some features in the app where we don’t have to submit documents separately, would definitely improve the efficiency.**

Most unreliable and hell of an annoying platform to do exchange at. Taking longer time than what is required and if exceeded certain amount staffs are requesting for supporting documents, despite everything being submitted they still say it doesn’t work and keeps on sending samples without giving a proper look on what’s being sent. Very unprofessional and rude and slow service. Won’t recommend it for anyone.

I'd give this service a negative -5 stars if I could. The process of setting up my account and making a small transaction was a total nightmare. I had to personally chase down an employee just to get a response after weeks of silence. Even after submitting the required proof of residency, the money was stuck in limbo. While the exchange rates might be better than other apps, the unbelievably slow service from BNB is a dealbreaker. It's a shocking display of incompetence for a financial institution, and it's clear from other customers that this isn't an isolated incident. The standard 'sorry for the inconvenience' is an insult when they're this laid back with people's money. It's time for them to get their act together and stop wasting everyone's time. They need to stop brushing off serious issues with empty apologies and start acting like a professional financial institution. The team that handles customer feedback and transactions at this bank seems to view our complaints as nothing more than background noise on a social media platform. They need to understand that this is their job, and it involves real people and their hard-earned money. The casual dismissal of serious issues is unacceptable. The entire institution needs to take responsibility and elevate its standards to a professional level, rather than treating customer service as a superficial formality.
