After repeatedly being told to download this app, which I have, it worked once over a year ago. BNH has gone down hill.

This WAS a great app when it accessed BNH's server . Now no matter if I go through BNH's mobile app or directly through this app I get the "cannot connect to bank's server - retry " message . I have uninstalled it, restarted my iPhone, reinstalled it, restarted my iPhone so many times to no avail . I have reported it to the home office of BNH . There have been no updates as to what is going on . Very disappointing.

I love being able to turn my card off/on when I misplace it and the transaction alerts are crazy fast!

This app is perfect when you’re in a financial crisis! This app lets me make sure money will not leave my checking account while I’m waiting for rent to come out.
