## What is Bønnetid?

Bønnetid gives you precise prayer times for all of Norway, provided by the Islamic Council of Norway (IRN). The times come from Felles bønnetid, the shared standard the mosques in Norway follow, so the app shows the same times your mosque uses.

PRAYER TIMES FROM IRN
• Fajr, sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha for every municipality in Norway
• The same times as your mosque, no more comparing timetables
• The whole month in one table, and times for other places
• Duha, zawal, midnight and tahajjud on the day page
• Asr by Hanafi, the other schools of law or Wusta
• Correct local times automatically when you travel abroad

ISLAMIC CALENDAR FROM IRN
• Hijri calendar with IRN's dates and Islamic days
• Ramadan with suhoor and iftar
• Reminders for voluntary fasts, like Mondays and Thursdays, the white days and Ashura

PRAYER TRACKER
• Mark each prayer as prayed in the app, from the notification or right on the lock screen
• Look back at the days you have marked

ADHAN AND NOTIFICATIONS
• Adhan when the prayer starts, with its own sound for each prayer
• Choose which prayers notify you
• A reminder before the time for the prayer runs out
• Check that notifications work, right in the app

YOUR MOSQUE
• Around 250 mosques across Norway
• Jamat times and Jumuah from the mosque
• Announcements from the mosque right in the app
• Give to the mosque with Vipps, the number is copied for you
• The app notices when you are at a mosque and shows it on top

WIDGETS, WATCH AND CAR
• Home screen and lock screen widgets
• Live Activity and Dynamic Island with a countdown to the next prayer
• Apple Watch with watch face complications
• CarPlay with the next prayer and nearby mosques
• Siri and Shortcuts for the next prayer

QIBLA
• Find the prayer direction with a compass, a map or the camera

DUA AND DHIKR
• Duas for prayer, Ramadan and Hajj
• Tasbih with prayer beads, after prayer or free count

FOR EVERYONE
• Norwegian, English, Arabic and Urdu
• Dark mode, large text, iPad and iPhone Duo
