## What is BNO Service?

BNO Service is an operational app for BNO Travel staff, service teams and connected property owners.

The app helps authorized users manage daily cleaning, maintenance and service assignments across BNO Travel units. Tasks can be assigned to the right person, updated with status, documented with checklists, and completed with photo documentation.

• View assigned cleaning, maintenance and service tasks
• Update task status from open to in progress or completed
• Complete checklists for operational quality control
• Add comments and internal messages to managers or administrators
• Upload photos as documentation for completed work
• Let managers and administrators coordinate work across teams

The app is intended for authorized BNO Travel users only. An account provided by BNO Travel is required to use the app.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-08

We’ve added Available Assignments, allowing employees to view and claim cleaning assignments made available by an administrator. Once claimed, the assignment is automatically assigned to the employee and appears with their other tasks.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-05

This version introduces new time tracking and payroll-related features in BNO Service.

Employees can now register the start and end of their workday, as well as breaks, directly in the app. Management also gets improved visibility into working hours, hourly rates, labour costs, budgets and profitability.

Timesheets can be exported with information such as employee number, payroll code, hours, rate, cost centre and department for further processing in payroll and accounting systems.

This update brings workforce management and time tracking even closer together with the daily operational workflow in BNO Service.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-05-28

Bug fixes and functionality improvements.
Owners can now see upcoming service bookings for their units, including cleaning, linen and other services for the next 100 days. Lost & Found access has been improved so owners only see items related to their own units. We have also fixed duplicate unit display, removed the prefilled login email, added in-app access to the Omniboost owner portal, and added support for owner push notifications when a unit has been cleaned and marked as ready.
