Laptop says can’t do and takes me to other AXS events. iPad asks me to enter a code, and there is no code that is sent to me, on either of my two emails that they’re aware of. Nor is there an exit or other way out. iPhone takes me back to downloading the new app. Terribly frustrating and terrible. The tournament brings in $1 billion, I read, and they can’t spent a few dollars to make technology work right. There were a few features this year that didn’t work for me. One, I never was able to select my favorite players. I tried restarting and reinstalling and neither worked. I use AP for daily schedule for matches. I don’t remember ever seeing daily schedule for activities around the grounds. Several times the practice schedule was incorrect, but I am guessing that’s not the AP issue. Last the timing of the release just a few days prior to start of tournament was not ideal. Overall, the ticket feature, schedule, and scores are what I find most useful. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-03-10, version 1.2.4* Downloaded the app created an account got to be location services screen, and was unable to get past it. No scroll no escape when I went to location services in Settings the app wasn’t there. Evidently at that stage, the app is still not loaded fully into the system because when you go to grant location services, it does not appear in the app list. No way around this. They are on, and I’m on a iPhone 16 pro. I love that tickets are integrated with the app and you can see who's playing and practicing in real time so you can prioritize. It’s very well done. I was purchasing tickets on line and was texting Alex , shout out to Alex for answering ALL my questions .. So incredibly helpful ..Thank you .. Looking forward to coming back next year !!! ### 5/5 — BNP Paribas App was amazing. *2024-04-06* Anything you needed to know both before arrival and during the tournament could be found easily by whipping out your phone or tablet and going to the correct tab. So easy to use. It’s a busy two-week tournament with action on every court all day and evening long. We used it to plan out our day at Indian Wells Tennis Paradise.
