BNR Health provides you with accurate exercise records, detailed sleep and exercise health analysis, so that you can enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle, and a more exciting experience.

Keep track of the number of steps you take each day, and count calories burned, distance and time spent exercising.
Keep track of your daily, weekly, and monthly workouts and make recommendations accordingly.

2. Sleep monitoring
Record sleep details and chart them out at a glance.
The sleep quality was evaluated according to the recorded sleep information.

3. Get plenty of exercise
Users can choose different types of exercise to exercise, and the App will record the detailed information of the exercise.
If it is a GPS type movement, the App will record your movement track, record your movement route and display it on the map.
Note: Prolonged use of GPS running in the background can significantly reduce battery life.
