Every listing takes forever to be favored and organized into the folders, and you can’t add a listing to multiple folders at once. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but a clothing renting service very dependent on users to favorite enough items so we always have something available to rent. And the app would keep crashing out. It gets really annoying and a waste of time when I try to rent something and the app keeps crashing out and I have to close and reopen the app to find my way back to the listing I was just at. I have the first world dilemma of having limited closet space and a deep love for fashion, so BNTO makes it easy for me to try new styles without have to commit or completely max out my bank account and my closet space. I recommend this service to the people I love as well as the internet! I also get soooo many compliments on the pieces I rent.
