This app needs work, a lot of it.  From the layout, to usability, to simply looking at it (text is so difficult to read).  It might be worth it for BNTouch to signup and download another company or two’s CRM apps to get a feel for how to do app design.  I could write more criticsl things, but I simply don’t want to waste my time given that they are unlikely to use this feedback.

This mobile app has never been really helpful for me when I am out of the office. The newest version is certainly better looking, but errors and glitches when trying to access client info has taken an unfortunate front seat in this mobile app. Still like the desktop version though.

I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 10 years and have worked with dozens of CRM systems promising increased efficiency and ROI.  From my experience, only BNTouch has delivered.  Its obvious this was designed from the get go as a mortgage CRM.   Navigation is intuitive and I was up and running in less than a few hours.  I love the mobile app, its fully functional, not some watered down version of web version.  It allows me to work on the go without any hesitation.  Support is very responsive with any issues you may encounter.  Seamless integration with my lead sources (Free Rate Update & Zillow) & RingCentral was the clincher for my business.   All in all, there is no better mortgage CRM on the market!

This CRM connects well with Point and is very easy to customize allowing multiple groups and campaigns to run simultaneously.

BNTouch has made it so much easier for me to keep my referral partners in the loop. I always enter a new lead’s name and info as it comes in. Any notes are viewable my my partners and they love it! No more losing track or forgetting about what happened to a lead!
