I have raised this issue numerous times since 2022, 2024 etc I have offered to provide logs etc. it’s so frustrating that I was told 2 months back in May 2026 that my details were not entered properly and hence only my customer number is affected. I migrated from another bank to BNZ just to be able to track spending for our family house hold. If a feature doesn’t work for a set of customer then why even roll out that feature.
