I was charged today and still no response from customer service 10 days. Later. **Developer response:** We're sorry you feel this way. This isn't representative of the experience we want our customers to have. Our team responds to all support tickets within ~12 hours so we're not sure what happened here. Bo has always directed users to contact our support email for assistance, and we have since added an ability for our users to manage their subscriptions directly.
