DOSES
- Logged your shot early? Bo now knows. The reminder for that dose goes quiet, the Lock Screen countdown clears, and the home card switches to Taken today with your next shot lined up.
- The next dose Live Activity now appears one hour before your shot and starts reliably even when the app is closed.
- Pause a peptide between cycles: no reminders, no countdowns, while your history and estimated levels stay. Resume anytime.
- Forgot to log? Add a past dose from Analytics, and undo an accidental delete with one tap.

MEALS
- Save your custom meals as recipes: your high protein tiramisu, your exact overnight oats. Re-log them in one tap from the food camera.
- Snap a photo of a dish you saved and Bo recognizes it, offering your recipe instead of a generic guess.
- Ask Bo to fix a meal and the name updates too, so your custom versions stay yours.

Meal tracking upgrades
Save a meal photo straight to your gallery, or share a clean meal card. Your meal history is easier to find, and the review screen keeps Redo and Save always in reach.

Weight now syncs from Apple Health automatically, in the background. Your step and sleep goals adapt to the goal you set when you started.

Reminders that actually fire
Dose and streak reminders now stay scheduled reliably, even if you do not open the app for a while.

Injection map, fully redesigned
A real full body (male and female), tap anywhere to log, with a precise colored pin. Turn on Recent sites to see your past spots as a density heatmap and a line to your latest dose. The Analytics tab now toggles between Dose timeline and Injection map.
