The app is very fine. Sadly you can not change the currency in this app to a foreign one (euro, dollar, złoty…) which would be really good, but all in all great! ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2023-11-28* Doesn’t show all the items that are on the website and doesn’t recognize student discounts half of the time. I have to split orders into 2 and pay 2 separate shipping charges because a certain item I want is in stock on the website but won’t show up on the app. The app will also tell me that a student discount code is invalid but works just fine on the website. ### 2/5 — Crazy shipping fees *2023-08-27, version 6.1* Even though it’s great quality, some things are definitely overpriced and the shipping prices are crazy unreasonable. They don’t offer free shipping no matter how much you spend… it’s actually just keeps going up and up and up. Pretty sure they deleted my comment on their Insta when I mentioned how ridiculous their shipping rates are. I love bo+tee’s clothing, it is very high quality and simply great. However I do have a problem with their rewards. They only give rewards to people who post their clothing on Instagram. I do not have social media and therefore there is no way for me to get rewards even though I have consistently bought loads of clothing from them and have been a very loyal customer. I have to give them lower stars because of this. Returns are free because they don’t refund you once they receive the clothes… ### 1/5 — Commande volée, pas de réactions de bo+tee *2021-12-10, version 2.5* Après avoir fais une commande de plus de 100€ j’ai du déjà attendre beaucoup plus longtemps que prévu (livraison prévue entre 3/4 jours notée reçue plus de 10 jours après), la commande est notifiée livrée alors que je n’ai rien reçu, et le service client est d’une lenteur indescriptible, 3 mails plus tard et toujours aucune réponse, pas de nouvelle de mon colis ni d’un éventuel remboursement. You can see the full length of the model up close because the sizing and price window blocks it. I’m 5”8 and I wanted to see how long the pants looked on the 5”9 model but I couldn’t even see past her waists! It’s annoying and the reason I have yet to purchase anything even though I have hundreds of dollars worth of things I can “consider”. Also don’t like how all of the “sold out” items flood the page. Like why even put them on there?
