The app says you have to go online, online says you have to do it through your phone but it is not listed in subscriptions on Apple.

Boabom Journey has helped me feel stronger, calmer, and more focused! There are so many exercise apps and so many meditation apps but this one really hits the sweet spot-I can exercise and meditate at the same time. Great teachers too-good, easy to follow videos and clear explanations!

In my mid 70’s I find Boabom, especially Seamm Jasani  and Jassu, excellent morning exercises. Be mindful of the Guides admonition to let your body tell you how to do the exercise as I have to slightly modify a few exercises to accommodate wearing bones and tight muscles. Doing this in the morning unlocks a better, more energetic day.
