I’ve never had such an ineffective bank app. It worked only ONCE for a bank to bank transfer, but since then it doesn’t recognize my login details, or it doesn’t connect with my accounts, or I have to sign up over and over and then I get “cannot verify user”! Like all major banks, BOA should focus on creating ONE app that works for everything a client would need. Not try to create one useless app after another.
