The previews show you can equip various defense items, but I was stuck in an endless loop of some Monopoly-like game.  The dice rolls are all luck, the battle is slightly skill based - but the game is too slow to respond to the taps I'm making to battle.  After 25 minutes of gameplay and not getting anywhere productive, not getting anything to equip to battle better, or seemingly any way to play a different game mode, I deleted the game.

I’ve been playing roguelikes for decades.  While this is an interesting variation, it’s difficult to achieve even 2 buildings, due to how quickly the red targets move and how much damage the villains dish out.  Winning even 4 battles before dying seems to be about it.  The equipment provides a bit of progress for future games, but seems to be rare.  Something is needed to make this more survivable: Healing, lower damage, more life, bigger building bonuses.  A rules recap, and maybe a “buildings built” achievement list would also be nice.

I love the balance of rolling dice and still having an active battle component!
I’d like to see more customization options and maybe a PVP where you can fight another player when you pass him.
