Registered originally as a school though it’s also a non-profit. I needed a simple fix to change our status for the non-profit pricing and received emails to schedule appointments to talk to someone the next week. Don’t make any mistakes on this platform. They will have time to send you a nice email but not actually fix your problems.

This app has limited functionality and the site is very buggy.

The Boardable program via website is ok but the app is sub par. 

You upload documents and correspondence and the board members all get the alert which they click on just to get a silly message saying Oops something went wrong, they then have to navigate through the app to then open the document. 

I would not recommend Boardable until they fix the app.

Have contacted them with no fix about the issue that every time I log in, it quickly goes back to the log in screen and logs me out. I typically need the mobile version for some of my board meetings and this issue has caused me to recommend looking at other software.

App worked for a short time and now it just keeps crashing and kicking me out. Every time I go into it, I’m logged out, and when I log in, whenever I try to go to meetings and agendas, it kicks me out.

The web and desktop apps are great but this ipad app is sorely lacking even basic functionality. Will the dev team be implementing functions like creating new discussions? Uploading documents? Viewing reports? Downloading board packages? 

As it stands, there is no legitimate reason to use the iPadOS version of this app over the web version… so why does it exist? Don’t get me wrong - I’ve onboarded my team because I think Boardable is absolutely fantastic! But when I’m on on the road and need access, I need this app to be useful for more than just looking at stuff or else it has no reason to exist.

Great interface, intuitive and clean. Love how clear the info is on the app. My board members won’t be able to miss it.

The only disappointment so far is that it seems I have to get on a computer to actually do most of the big functions. The scheduled meetings are on the app, but I see no way to add a new meeting. Existing polls are on the app, but no way to add a new poll. For those things I have to actually get on a computer. If I could perform all the functions of the software from the app, it would get 5 stars.

Love the simplicity and purpose of the app. Works flawlessly and Boardable Video allowed me to eliminate my zoom subscription.
