## What is BoardMaps 3.0?

BoardMaps is a best-in-class solution for collaboration, decision support and case management for Boards, Committees and other governing bodies. BoardMaps helps increase transparency and efficiency of corporate governance, prepare and conduct an effective meeting, prioritize issues and monitor action items in order to ensure issue resolution. 
BoardMaps’ functionality comprises 4 consecutive steps typical for workflow of governing bodies –
 
1)  Meetings
When, where and how will a meeting be conducted?
2)  Agenda items
What matters are to be included into meeting agenda?
3)  Decisions
What are the draft resolutions and which decisions have to be taken?
4)  Tasks
What action items and tasks must be executed to implement the decision?
