## What is BoardPro?

Everything a board member needs before and between meetings.



BoardPro puts your whole board pack in your pocket. Read it, annotate it, and walk into the meeting prepared - at your desk, on a plane, or in the car park five minutes beforehand.



BOARD PACKS

- Open the current pack for any board or committee you sit on

- Annotate as you read - your annotations are private to you

- When a pack is republished, your annotations carry across to the new version

- Compare versions to see exactly what changed



WORK OFFLINE

- Choose which packs you want available offline and read them with no connection

- New versions of those packs download automatically

- Annotations you make offline sync as soon as you are back online

- Every action assigned to you, across every board

- Filter by status, update progress, and add notes as work moves



SIGN IN SECURELY

- The same credentials and multi-factor authentication you use on the web

- Switch between organisations if you sit on more than one board



ASK ANYTHING

Walk into every meeting as the expert. Ask about a paper, a past decision or who attended, and the AI Assistant answers from your own board documents.

- Summarise a 300-page pack before you read a word of it

- Find what was decided and when, without opening every pack

- Answers are grounded in your organisation's documents, not the open internet

- Requires an internet connection



The BoardPro app requires an existing BoardPro account through your organisation.



Agendas, publishing packs, signing documents and voting are done in BoardPro on the web.
