On multiple occasions I experience that I can’t submit answers due to technical issues. Additionally you can’t create flash cards or make notes and it won’t allow you to suspend a test or even submit a test when it is completed. It’s very frustrating and for the money for subscription it should be fixed. I find myself needing to use my laptop in order to use the browser where the software actually works. ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2023-07-10* Everytime I try to login it’s asking me that I need to “ Verify Subscription We will need you to login to your ¡Tunes account with which you have purchased this product to verify your subscription.” There is no active subscription via iPhone for this applicafion!! ### 1/5 — App won’t work *2023-07-05* Everytime I try to logon it says I need an active subscription, but on the browser I can access my Uworld Board Review Qbank without any issues. Why won’t the ipad app work?!?!? ### 1/5 — Cannot login *2015-04-25* Can't log into app, but am using the old app without difficulties. ### 2/5 — App keeps having errors *2023-09-03* Uworld questions are great but the app needs work. It will very often have an error when I try to suspend (AKA save) my exam. There’s no other option but to quit the app and return to the exam but all my progress/highlights will be gone. I also randomly won’t be able to open clickable links in the explanation or save flash cards. However, it crashes frequently (especially when reviewing flash cards and making edits) and is very cumbersome to sign in (fingerprint login takes me to a blank screen, only allows me to sign in by entering my login and username each time, then goes to a blank screen requiring several clicks to get to the menu). While I realize that signing in each time is not the end of the world, but since it crashes often I usually just end up getting frustrated and not using it. **Developer response:** We apologize for the issue you are facing. Uworld has it all - a one stop shop to becoming the best physician you can be. Uworld will teach you what your residency may have failed to teach you and then some. If your unsatisfied then...wait...there’s no way your going to be unsatisfied. GOLD STANDARD!!! ### 3/5 — Buggy *2018-07-29* Great uworld questions. No offline mode.
