This update adds Trip Status support, including Completed, Canceled - Weather, Canceled - Customer, Canceled - Captain / Mechanical, and No Show. Canceled paid trips can still be included in earnings and invoices when a base fee applies. Invoice previews and invoice emails now show trip status and trip notes more clearly.

The update also fixes display formatting issues, corrects the app icon, and improves invoice preview behavior.
