They also have worst customer services called BAT . We can’t speak to them because BAT. We can mail but they won’t response properly. I have ordered 2500rs worth enigma watch but what i received is 1700 rs wave astra watch main thing is they proving wave astra watch as enigma watch. Finaly i won’t get exchange. Only the UPI amount has been refunded, while the Gift Card amount of ₹1300 remains pending even after 8 days. This reflects poor service and improper handling of my complaint. I strongly demand an immediate refund / re-credit of the gift card amount of ₹1300. Any further delay is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with formal escalation to higher authorities and consumer grievance platforms without any further notice.
